Should I use my Insurance or Private Pay?
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Not all therapeutic services are reimbursable through insurance; it is your responsibility to verify the specifics of your coverage. We do not bill insurance companies for relationship-based counseling. We do not assign a psychiatric diagnosis to any relationship-based counseling. Therefore, any relationship-based counseling at Re-Connect My Life counseling is billed as private pay. Relationship-based counseling is $75 or $200 a session depending on the expertise of the clinician.
It is also important to note that utilization of your insurance coverage is typically based on "medical necessity," often requiring a psychiatric diagnosis. Please be aware once a psychiatric diagnosis is assigned through your insurance provider, we cannot control how your information is used once submitted.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
